We stand behind Hinge Stop. If your door stoppers arrive damaged or defective — or a stopper doesn't fit your door hinges — we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

30-day money-back returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Fit guarantee

If a Hinge Stop doesn't fit your door hinges, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a quick photo of the hinge. We'll send a replacement that fits or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of your refund approval. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll ship a replacement at no cost — no return required.
