Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll get an order confirmation right away and a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery estimates

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Estimates aren't guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume.

If we can't ship within the timeframe above, we'll email you and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and address. Any free shipping promotion and its threshold will be shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Your tracking number is emailed when the order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address changes

Check your address carefully at checkout. Need a correction? Contact us right away — we can update it any time before the order ships.

Lost or damaged in transit

We'll replace or refund it, and you won't need to return anything. See Returns & Refunds.
